This creative space offers our guests curated vintage vignettes with pops of colour. For those looking for a space to cultivate their projects, to simply enjoy an intimate gathering — Sun and Sand Studio is for you. Nestled in the Leslieville area in Toronto, this charming original hard loft features exposed brick and large 13ft high and 15ft wide factory grid windows that soak in all of the light the world has to offer. Breathing creativity into all of your aspirations, we simply cannot wait to host you.
THE SPACE
Sun & Sand Studio is a visual playground for adults. Housing extraordinary vintage furniture and decor pieces, the space has been carefully curated to create a truly luxurious experience. Every corner tells a story as we mix pops of colour, patterns, shapes and textures. From the creamy Parisian vanity corner, to the postmodern living room, there is something for everyone. The artistic and functional layout enables our clients to create one-of-a-kind moments and unforgettable memories.
We don’t mean to brag but…
Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s absolutely stunning. Huge windows let tons of light in for great natural light shots. There are many great props which are perfect for set styling depending on your needs. The unit itself is accessible via elevator (a gem in an older building), and spacious, with all the extra bits, such as a steamer and garment rack. I look forward to booking this space again.
