How do you always keep the space so trendy?

We are vintage furniture dealers so we always have access to the trendiest and most exclusive pieces sourced throughout Canada and the USA! That means a sweet rotation of furniture and decor to keep your content and gatherings fresh.

Is it true some of the pieces in the studio are for sale?

Yes!! Another perk of being our client. Items that are for sale will have a price tag on them. We also have an entire shoppable shelf dedicated to shopping all things cute and vintage! Send us a DM if something caught your eye! (see photo below)

Do you have a COVID cleaning protocol?

We sure do! We purposely reserve an hour after each booking for a thorough cleaning. That hour is utilized to clean and sanitize the entire studio. Our team pays extra attention to high touch zones. We also ask that our clients do their part by sanitizing their hands at our sanitizer station and washing their hands frequently during their booking.

Is there parking?

There is metered street parking directly in front of the building on Carlaw Ave and right across from the building. 

Do you have a freight elevator?

We have a regular working elevator which can be accessed from the front of the building. If you require a freight elevator, please let us know as soon as you book so we can check its availability for you. Last minute freight elevator requests cannot be accommodated.

Do you have a kitchen and bathroom?

Yes!! The kitchen is stocked with complimentary water, soda, a kettle, coffee maker, frother, tea bags and ground coffee all available to you and your team during your visit. We also have a bathroom inside of the space.

Do you have backdrops, photography equipment or extra lighting?

We are a natural light studio and use the natural ambiance for our own photography purposes as well! Feel free to bring your own backdrops or lighting. Our sofa is easy to lift revealing about 10ft wide white backdrop wall for you to use. (see photo below)

Why do we have to take off our shoes?

It helps us keep the space clean and safe for everyone to use. Also, our rugs are vintage or handmade and require special preservation. Feel free to bring a pair of slippers with you, we encourage it.

Do you have a clothing rack?

We sure do! And a steamer as well!

Do we have to pay extra to use other props?

Nope! Whatever you see in the studio is there for you to use. Just put everything back the way you found it. We have lots of vintage dinnerware as well in the kitchen, little plinths and stands for product photography & more. We even have a blowup mattress already blown up for you to use located in the bathtub. Just bring your own linens! (See photos below) . We also have a projector, games, puzzles and more! Time to Netflix and hang with your friends (pending Covid-19 restrictions of course).


We love the space so much and didn’t book enough time, can we add an extra hour?

Totally get it! Adding extra time is purely based off of availability. We try to accommodate such requests as quickly as possible.
